Nike Doernbecher Freestyle Project VII

Nike Doernbecher Freestyle Project VII

Since its first collaboration with Oregon’s Doernbecher Children’s Hospital, Nike has been motivated by the young patients with their extraordinary skills and behaviors. It is a great achievement to have reached the seventh Freestyle Project and at this time, top Nike designers are involved. By creating six peculiar pairs that match six patients, a whole new collection was completed.

First off, a pair of Air Jordan III was given special treatment that includes red upper with tonal elephant print on the heel and mudguard, embossed detailing on the entire upper, black and white hints, and an icy sole. The next pair is a Nike Air Force 1 in multi-textured red leather upper with black croc-textured Swoosh. A Nike SB P-Rod 2.5 dressed up in plaid and suede combination with leather mixture and orange animal print on the tongue comes to be the third pair.

The following pairs which are intended for the girls are the Nike FreeRun+, Air Max Zenyth, and Zoom Vomero+ 5. We can see unique features on each sneaker such as heart perforations, custom sole with texts, multi-colored laces, faux hair Swoosh, and pink plaid fabric. If you wish to support the institution, you can grab a pair from this collection once it hits retailers in November.
